I’m Rafel Ribas and after more than three years involved in the aeronautical industry working in the Airbus environment, this year I decided to break with everything and pursue what passions me.

After few months of travelling through Latin America (not only as tourist), I came to Denmark to start over, first starting to study a Master of Science in Sports and Event Management and now looking for opportunities to work in a different and unique company like Noise Studio.

During my trip across Latin America, I learned about its cultures and enjoyed its amazing landscapes, but I also started a small project creating a podcast interviewing people from the sports business industry in the different countries I visited, in total 28 interviews with various professionals. All of them are in Spanish but the new season will have some in English.

Of course, it is not Latin America but was the place where I departed and teased the first interview.

The real beginning of this journey meeting people who gave me the opportunity to have my first contact with Latin American sports culture.

Great learning experience from a country with a unique vision for sports, the passion they have  goes beyond anything else.

They may not live with the same passion as their neighbours, but they are heading in the right direction.

A small but surprising stop to get to know better the different realities that they live the sports.

The end of the first chapter of this journey ends with a new point of view of the fan experience.

What can I bring to the team?

I love to meet new people and build strong relationships with synergies. During my travel I had the opportunity to learn more about and create relations and I am ready to continue exploring this professional path.

Fast learner

When I arrived at Airbus I didn’t know anything about aeroplanes or engineering and still don’t know how they fly but I handled to learn all I needed and even more, because I am always eager to learn and grow.

Passion for challenges

There is nothing that makes me happier than challenging myself and proving I can do it, without fear of affronting new challenges but humble knowing my strengths and limitations.

I am flexible and I can adapt to new situations, having an open-minded perspective finding different solutions with the final goal in mind and pushing the actions that are required.

Good organization

If you ask my family maybe it is not a skill they highlight but after working in a fast-paced environment in which I had to manage small deadlines and coordinate with different departments I learned a lot how to organize.

Team player

I always try to put my heart and work with enthusiasm generating a good work atmosphere, assuming the role the team needs in each moment to ensure the project’s success, working jointly or independently.
